collapse expand iconDescription

The Williams Legato IV digital piano delivers a premium playing experience for aspiring pianists and keyboard enthusiasts. Featuring an 88-key velocity-sensitive keyboard, this model is designed to help players master dynamic expression, whether performing delicate classical pieces or bold jazz solos. The Legato IV's onboard sounds include a stunning Italian concert grand piano, electric pianos, organs, strings, basses and synths—all enhanced by effects like reverb, EQ and rotary speaker simulation. Bluetooth connectivity and the free Williams Piano App (iOS) expand its functionality, offering play-along features and sound customization. With a full-range speaker system and easy-to-use interface, the Williams Legato IV motivates musicians to explore, create and refine their craft.

Ported Speakers Deliver Immersive Sound

The Legato IV's redesigned audio system sets it apart from traditional digital pianos. Each speaker features dual drivers—a woofer and a tweeter—that deliver a broad frequency spectrum with clarity and depth. To enhance the low-end response, the speakers are housed in ported resonant chambers, similar to professional studio monitors, producing warm bass and higher volume output. Advanced DSP tuning further refines the sound, ensuring that every instrument voice is rich and detailed. Whether you're playing the piano or switching to strings, this upgraded speaker system immerses you in the music with impactful resonance.

Versatile Onboard Sounds and Dynamic Keybed

The centerpiece of this model is its Italian concert grand piano sound, recorded at multiple dynamic levels to capture authentic tonal nuances. The keyboard's velocity-sensitive keys translate your playing dynamics with precision, making it easy to achieve expressive performances. In addition to the grand piano, the Legato IV offers 11 other voices, including electric pianos, organs, strings and basses, allowing you to explore a range of musical styles. This combination of realistic sounds and responsive touch makes it a valuable tool for developing technique and musicality.

Bluetooth Connectivity and App Integration

This digital piano features Bluetooth capabilities, allowing players to connect to external devices for a more interactive experience. Pairing with the Williams Piano App opens up additional features, including play-along tracks, sound customization and effects control. These tools make practice sessions engaging and tailored to individual preferences. The app's intuitive interface complements the Legato IV's straightforward design, giving users greater flexibility to personalize their instrument. With these advanced connectivity features, the piano bridges traditional play with modern technology.

Lightweight Build With Included Sustain Pedal

The Legato IV combines portability with thoughtful design, making it an excellent option for home use or transportable setups. Its compact body is easy to move and store, without sacrificing the feel of an 88-key keyboard. The included sustain pedal adds depth to performances, simulating acoustic piano techniques for greater authenticity. Constructed with durable materials, this model is built to withstand regular use while maintaining a polished appearance. The lightweight construction ensures that this digital piano can adapt to the needs of evolving musicians.

Perfect for Aspiring Pianists

The Williams Legato IV digital piano provides aspiring players with the tools they need to develop their craft. Its premium sounds, responsive keyboard and engaging features make it a standout option for beginners and intermediate musicians. Whether practicing at home or exploring creative possibilities through Bluetooth, the Legato IV inspires growth and musical expression at every step.

Highly recommend, bragging about this piano to everyone

This piano has exceeded our expectations in so many ways. It has added more joy to our family as all of us are using it on a daily basis. When our out of town family visits, this piano puts in work. From the children just exploring to the experienced musicians in our family, all are pleased when using this piano. From the amazing sound, the smooth design and full 88 keyboard this piano is worthy of bragging. I've told everyone who will listen that if they are looking for a high quality electric piano that is affordable and portable - to look no further. The weighted keys feel fantastic and the stereo speaker system produces excellent grand piano tones with realistic resonance. It includes a nice selection of electric piano, organ, vibes, pad, and bass sounds for accompaniment. The split and layering functions allow both soloing and backing tracks during practice or performance. The Legato IV is highly portable so it's fairly easy to move around. Bluetooth connectivity, MIDI capabilities, and the Williams app provide more ways to expand the piano's functionality and get creative with layering effects and transposing songs. While serious pianists may want a full-size acoustic grand, the Legato IV's quality sound, versatility, lightweight portability and affordable price make it a smart choice for students, teachers, or anyone wanting a great piano for home without breaking the bank. My son is autistic and this piano has become a highlight in his day. The full 88 weighted keys accommodate my son's sensory needs and allow him to truly experience the tactile feedback of an acoustic piano. The high-fidelity stereo speaker system produces a rich, nuanced sound with authentic resonance across low, middle, and high tones. This has been crucial for my son who is sensitive to tinny, digitized sounds. His fine motor skills, focus, and confidence have all improved dramatically in just a short period of time using this piano. For parents of children with special needs who are looking for a solid musical instrument to use with adaptive tools, look no further than the Legato IV Digital Piano. The quality and features rival that of far more expensive models at a fraction of the cost. It has been a true blessing for our family.

Mislead in the store

Came in to get a weighted keyboard, I was from out of town. The one I wanted was a little more expensive but only in white and I wanted black. The salesman assured me that this one had a few less features (that I didn't need anyway) but was weighted. Got home and it was not. Very sad

I know the price is over 300$ and to the normal person that may seem over priced, but compared to everything else I've seen, it's a great price and good quality. I've had this keyboard for about 4 months, and my main problems are 1) it's hard to set the metronome (or I just cant figure out how🫤) 2) the pedal's broken after just 4 months, Pedals are fairly cheep though, but its still disappointing considering I paid over 300$ for this,

I have only had this 4 months with light use and never moved from original placement. I already have two black keys that do not work anymore.

Great piano w great feel & sound reproductions (especially grand & electr pianos), & app adds some useful/helpful features & tweakability. However, after first week of light use, the volume knob started indiscriminately going out & is now very difficult to even get it to work. Will see how seller(GC)/mfgr resolves issue

The keys are velocity sensitive. Velocity sensitivity refers to the mechanism that allows the keys to respond to the force or speed with which they're pressed. In other words, keys react differently when they're played in different ways. Playing a keyboard gently will result in softer sounds, while literally playing harder produces more volume.
