It was listed a s being in good working order. When I received it, only one pad actually sent out MIDI data. I had to contact KORG for a hard reset to restore the factory settings to get all of the pads to send out MIDI data. Looks like no one really checked all of the unit's functions. Otherwise, it is now all working.
The customer service at the Rockville Guitar Center is excellent. I was looking for a compact keyboard under $100 and the guy who helped me (sorry, can't remember his name) found one but after testing realized it did not work. So he got on the GC website and found a used one in the size, make and price range. He suggested purchasing the warranty which I found quite reasonably priced. It is good to have peace of mind knowing a used keyboard has a warranty.
