Sustain Control Fine-Tunes Your Sound

The Ego Compressor's Sustain control offers a range of compression levels, from light, transparent boost to pumped, chicken pickin' squish. Turn it up for endless sustain and a thicker tone, or back it off for a more natural dynamic response. The Ego Compressor's wide range of sustain makes it suitable for any style, from country twang to metal chunk.

Blend Knob Maintains Pick Attack

While most compressors remove pick attack and transient response, the Ego Compressor's Blend control lets you dial it back in. Turn the Blend knob to the left for a compressed tone with muted pick dynamics, or turn it right to blend in your uncompressed signal and maintain articulation. The Ego Compressor's Blend knob gives you the best of both worlds: compression and pick dynamics.

Tone and Volume Provide Global Control

Shape your overall tone with the Ego Compressor's intuitive Tone and Volume controls. Turn the Tone knob left for a warmer, darker sound or right for a brighter tone with extra sheen. The Volume knob boosts or cuts your output level to match the level of your uncompressed signal or interface with other pedals on your board.
