    This is a great stand, but the warranty is useless. Very solid and doesn't move. Heavy and stays in place. Adjustable to most laptops and it's weight and locking mechanism holds everything in place. However, if a part breaks, they won't send you a replacement part. I'm not talking replacement of the unit, just one little screw or part. Every time I email Ultimate Stands to either purchase or have a knob/screw replaced under warranty- their standard response is "sorry, this isn't something we stock, but if we get one in on a return, we'll send it". This has happened several times, and it's just for a simple part. Sounds small, but if you need that little screw to keep it the entire stand from collapsing- it is a big deal.
