    recreational, occasion performance. put on my gibson J-15. i normally play 11's exilrs but wanted to give these a try since i got a 10$ off coupon from GC. these already sounded broken in once i put them on. i've seen a lot of other review that say they last so we'll see. i've found the more spendy strings get replaced less so when they sound so nice i can justify the cost.

    My guitar instructor recommended these strings...they are 3 times more expensive than other strings I've used-worth every penny. Sound amazingly bright and stay in tune...
