The guitar was perfect right out of the case. This is hands down the best guitar I've ever played. Pure tone qualities and honestly is as good as my Gibson Humming bird. I highly suggest getting one of these, you'll never regret that decision!!
Love playing this new guitar everyday !

Recently bought this acoustic electric Taylor 814ce Builders Edition. I like black color this time. The looks and sounds is great. Ordering is easy. I trade-in my Gibson Studio, and everything works well for me. Playing finger picking is good similar to my original 814ce, so I really like it. The base tone is much higher than the original, so it depends what song you will play to match the sounding even better.
Highly recommended

Without hyperbole, the best Guitar I've ever played

Just for context, I've been playing 40 years. I've owned countless Strat's, Les Paul's. I've played Martins, guilds and owned a Breedlove… yeah, yeah, yeah… I'll get to the point. I've never had a acoustic guitar project so clear and loud in my life I was practicing in front of my two monitor wedges at a normal volume and I couldn't hear the monitors because the guitar rang so loud and so clear and so true. It blew me away, I literally had to alter my playing style from my Taylor 214ce that I was normally using as my acoustic guitar. It's a good guitar… But this blacktop is literally the best Guitar I've ever played. Songs just pour out of it like water over Niagara Falls. I read reviews on Guitars all the time, and I know this sounds like everything else, but this guitar is extraordinary.
