Sterling Audio

collapse expand iconDescription

The Sterling P30 active vocal microphone captures the midrange clarity and full frequency response that live vocalists, MCs and sound engineering pros demand. With its exclusive DynamicDrive technology, the phantom-powered P30 provides an ultraclean signal level before your mic preamp, helping to dramatically improve clarity that allows you to stay in the sweet spot of most preamp’s gain range. The result is superior audio fidelity—especially with cable runs over 100ft.

The top-quality design of the internal capsule suspension and shockmounting system always ensures handling noise, cable and stage rumble are kept at a minimum, especially important outdoors. For the highest durability while on the road, the P30 uses an ergonomically and elongated designed die-cast, zinc body that’s easy to handle on stage. A reinforced steel mesh grille provides enhanced capsule protection, specially designed for long tours in demanding and outdoor environments.

It comes complete with mic clip and travel pouch.

I have been searching for a robust sounding microphone ever since my audix om5 broke,,and I have also had high end numan, sure beta ect. And many others,, this Mic is a superb deal in every way, it has great clarity minimal plosive if u don't kiss it, lots of lows power, using on a stereo pa board with 15 inch crate speakers, have been in bands and singing for many a year, and though my only dislike is it has no on off switch, for the price of it under 40 ish shipped to me, I have never had any that were even comparable clarity, output, and sensitivity wise ever for this low of a price, Wow

  • I'd buy it again

Does this mic need a pre amp? I originally had good sound, but lost all audio. What changed? Is there a 4amp button I accidentally turned off?
