Master your craft with the Simmons SD1250 premium 6-piece electronic drum kit. The SD1250 includes a mesh kick drum, 12" snare and four toms. Housed in a distinctive drum shell design, the snare features a rimshot sensor and includes its own stand to get the angle just right. Each of the four toms are dual-zone to easily trigger alternate voices, while each dual-layered mesh pad is tension-adjustable to accommodate for player preference. The SD1250 also features a custom sound library containing 750 sounds. These include a wide collection of drums, world percussion and vintage electronic drums for additional creative inspiration. Electronic Drum Kit With Natural Feel
The SD1250 is a full kit with four toms, a 12" snare and a mesh kick drum that’s designed to accept your favorite single or double bass drum beater pedal, giving you a familiar feel right from the start. The triple-zone 14" ride and two multi-zone crash cymbals include a choke function for dynamic effects. A variable pedal allows for complete control over the dual-zone hi-hat to get smooth semi-open sounds, trashy edge accents, splash and more.
Responsive Snare With Stand
Designed to get you playing right away, the Simmons SD1250 features a rimshot sensor on the snare for optimal response to even the most nuanced playing. Set it at the perfect height and angle for easy accessibility with the included stand.
Bluetooth Wireless MIDI
The SD1250 includes several methods to connect to computers and apps: USB, MIDI and Bluetooth. Use Bluetooth to wirelessly connect to apps like Simmons Advanced, a free app for iOS. Use the app to select and edit kits, play along with music from your library or even sample your own sounds and load them into the module.
Play Your Way
The SD1250 sound module features a large, color LCD screen, providing a detailed view of kits and editing functions. 50 preset and 25 user drum kits cover a huge range of styles, including classic rock, modern pop, R&B, jazz, metal and more. Dedicated faders, knobs and buttons simplify kit customization from quick mix changes to wild, filtered sound designs.
