I used this product as a guitarist/vocalist. I lead a 3 piece and I did not like feeling restricted to the microphone stand and this machine allows me to do that. The sound is crisp and clear and I enjoy performing with it. I got a great open box deal from Guitar Center which allowed me to move into this category of wireless mic. I enjoy it and I would recommend it. Stellar performance from this unit for me.
