    Well! The product is exactly as advertised, and I'm a happy campr. But the ordering and fulfillment process was an unfortunate combo of errors on your part. Everyone was polite and responsive, but somewhere the process broke down. I'm sure the record of this transaction will show you where you need a little more work. You're still me favorite music store.

    after the original power supply for my Sennheiser started going on the fritz. I had a hard time finding a replacement! After placing a call to Guitar Center, they found me the replacement part and I was able to receive it before my next gig.
