Schecter Guitar Research C-1 FR-S SLS Elite Evil Twin Electric Guitar Satin Black

Description
Schecter's C-1 FR-S SLS Elite "Evil Twin" offers an unparalleled combination of features for the modern guitarist. TheFishman Fluence Modern active pickup provides two distinct voices—a tight, articulate modern voice and a hot, aggressive humbucker voice—selected with the flip of a switch. Infinite sustain and howling feedback are at your fingertips thanks to the Sustainiac humbucker. Express yourself with the Floyd Rose 1500 double-locking tremolo bridge and ultra-stable 7-ply neck-thru construction with carbon fiber reinforcement.
Endless Sustain and Controlled Feedback
The Sustainiac humbucker pickup offers a sustain circuit that provides infinite sustain and feedback at the touch of a switch. Hold a note or chord and keep it ringing as long as you like. Creative uses of feedback are easily achieved, allowing you to craft your own signature lead tones.
A Spectrum of Modern and Vintage Tones
The Fishman Fluence Modern active pickup offers two switchable voices. The modern voice provides tight bass, crisp highs and a subtle growl. Switch to the hot humbucker voice for a high-output tone perfect for overdriven sounds. With the flip of a switch, you have a guitar that can achieve modern and vintage tones.
Stability and Expression
The Floyd Rose 1500 double-locking tremolo bridge offers tuning stability even during extreme techniques like dive bombs. Noiseless springs prevent unwanted string noise. Express yourself with confidence using techniques like vibrato, dive bombs and squeals knowing your guitar will return to pitch every time.
High Quality Components and Construction
A 7-ply neck-thru construction of maple, walnut and padauk reinforced with carbon fiber provides stability and sustain. An ebony fingerboard offers a smooth playing surface on a C-ultra-thin neck profile, while Grover tuners, 24 X-Jumbo frets and high quality components provide professional level performance. A striking satin black finish with rust gray accents gives the "Evil Twin" a sinister yet stylish appearance.

Can't express how much I love this guitar. It took a lot of patience and biting my tongue to get it into my hands because of Guitar Center's ineptitude in their inventory management and shipping infrastructure. Even after jumping through a whole bunch of unnecessary hoops and incompetent customer service, I still ended up paying for a brand new "from the factory" instrument, but getting either a floor demo, or a guitar that someone else had returned. But the guitar is nice enough that when weighing my disappointment at GC and disappointment/anger at getting a 2nd-hand guitar when I paid for factory, I couldn't let it go.

L27762005001010 Can I get the nature of blemish on the guitar?
I’m sorry, we don’t know what the blemish is. The blemishes will be perhaps minor scratches, average handling wear. There will be no effect on playability or soundsubmitted4 years ago
