Overview

Created specifically for low volume sessions, Quiet Tone Practice Cymbals Set QTPC502 includes a traditional set-up of 13” hi-hats, 14” crash and 18” crash ride. Each one is designed to respond and sustain like a traditional cymbal—right down to their clearly defined bell—so drummers won’t have to change the way they play. Their true-to-life response and sustain, and clear, natural-sounding bell means drummers won’t have to hit and play harder than they do during performances. This is not the case with other practice cymbals, which can sound muffled or dead, not a good quality in a practice cymbal. As a result, drummers will appreciate their greatly reduced sonic footprint during practice sessions, drum lessons or any time they use Quiet Tone Practice Cymbals. Additionally, Quiet Tone Practice Cymbals are manufactured from a tough, durable alloy that won’t dent or break, making them the best choice in low-volume cymbals.

Comments about Sabian Quiet Tone Practice Cymbal Set, 13/14/18:

After checking out the Zildjian Low Volumes, These are a step up.They are def a bit brighter, louder and resonate longer,,The Z's seem too 'dead' for me. The quality is sweet..nice brilliant silver finish. I got the 13", 14" 18". the hats and the crash/ride are perfect. The bell on the ride is def the focal point. I just wish the crash was a "16 as the "14 is a bit too small. I love playing these in my place where my neighbors love to call the police on noisemakers.

Comments about Sabian Quiet Tone Practice Cymbal Set, 13/14/18:

I picked these up a few days ago..I got the 13/14/18 combo. These are unreal. So much better that the Zildjian (looks and feel) and the sustain in better..they actually dont 'die' out but ring. Pair these with a set of Remo Silent Stroke heads and I can play all night without bothering neighbors. I just wish the 14" crash was a bit louder. I will pick up a 16" in the future. Great invention,,where were these when I was a kid?
