    1. The USB connection uses a micro-USB design which is more difficult to plug in and less robust than the newer USB-C design. 2. The heat generated inside the case is uneven. It doesn't seem to have thermostatic heat control, although I could be wrong about that. In any event, I inadvertently left my Seydel Saxony harmonica in the unit, plugged in overnight and it was quite hot when I took it out (too hot to put in my mouth) and many of the windsavers in the harmonica were curled up and need to be replaced. The company says it is only made for temporary storage, not prolonged.
