Just Plug in and Play!
Just plug into a sampler and start playing-Roland TM-2 works best but a Simmons pad worked fine/NOTE: trigger would NOT fit my vintage Ludwig and Vistalite hoops as they are larger than 1 and five eighths inch so the new thicker hoops would have to be notched to 1 and a half to one and five eighths to work. GREAT for sound reinforcement/ no mics needed for small venues and you get Pro sounding drums.... wonderful effects with small gear. Easy adjustment for sensitivity- picks up soft hits as well as double rolls.

I bought this when I still had my old alesis module, it didn't work very well. It had lots of missed hits, and continuously double triggered. Thinking the problem may have been the module, I went out and bought the Roland TM-2 module. Problems persisted. I've watched dozens of videos on how to dial in the TM-2 with this exact trigger, different techniques muffling/tightening the kick head etc. I just can't get this thing to work right. I'm probably going to get the Ddrum Chrome Elite and give that a shot. I'm really bummed out about this trigger because I've been using roland products forever, but this thing just isn't working out.

Got this for my SPD pro as a kick trigger. After playing with how firm it needed to be on the head I got it and it works great for the double pedal notes as well as the addition of some of the electronic kick elements
Works better than I expected

Right out of the box, I plugged this in to my TM2 module, and attached to my bass drum head, and this thing triggered perfectly. I have an EMAD head and was concerned about that, but was not an issue. Very Happy.
Great drum trigger!

Gtr Ctr customer service great. Shipped to my house overnight. Simple connection to my Bass Drum. Works fine and is well built. Wish Roland Products were a little cheaper though.
Excellent for quiet play

This trigger does its job very well. Be sure to use the right amount of dampening on the drum head to avoid double triggering. Works well with my mesh heads for quiet practice.
