I RECOMMEND THE ROAD RUNNER BOULEVARD II PARLOR ACOUSTIC,model RR4TPAG gig bag! I take my MARTIN BACKPACKER whenever I travel; however, I do not like the very flimsy case that came with it. For years I wanted something light weight but just the right dimensions to keep it from breaking during my travels. Because of the Backpacker's unique shape finding something was difficult as special orders were expensive or what was available didn't provide adequate protection. Then I found the ROAD RUNNER PARLOR gig bag! This was my solution that was cost effective, still lightweight for travel, weather resistant, and fit the Backpacker from headstock to its bottom strap button, keeping it SAFE. I placed some cotton/suede material along the sides to prevent movement. Hopefully this solution could be helpful to others who own a Martin Backpacker. The interior dimensions of the RoadRunner Blvd II PARLOR acoustic gig bag are: length 37", bout width 15", thickness 4.5" (20mm).

Purchased this case for my Recording King Dirty 30's Single 0 acoustic/electric. Fit is tight, due to the point at the tip of the guitar head. Fits in the case, however not sure on long term if it will cause issues. Again, it would fit a standard parlor sized guitar perfect. Recording king has a point on the head which makes it a tight fit. I am happy with the case for travel though and it is likely the case will conform to the shape of the head.
