Remo

collapse expand iconDescription

The Remo Fixed-Head Tambourine is constructed from a maple wood shell and nickel-plated jingles to produce a bright, crisp tone with long sustain and projection. Its fixed head allows for consistent, tunable tones and durability. The Remo Fixed-Head Tambourine is perfect for guitarists, percussionists and any musician looking to add rhythmic accompaniment or unique percussive colors to their sound.

Maple Shell Provides a Resonant Foundation

At the core of the Remo Fixed-Head Tambourine is a 10" maple wood shell. Maple provides an ideal combination of rigidity and resonance, giving the Remo Fixed-Head Tambourine a crisp, full tone with a long sustain. The maple shell ensures consistent tuning and durability through years of use.

Nickel-Plated Jingles Add Shimmer and Sparkle

The Remo Fixed-Head Tambourine features nickel-plated jingles that provide a bright, metallic tone with a musical sparkle. The jingles resonate clearly and sustainably, blending well with acoustic guitars, percussion and vocals. Their nickel plating prevents tarnishing and dulling of tone over time.

Fixed Head Provides Tuning Stability

Unlike a traditional tambourine with a loose head, the Remo Fixed-Head Tambourine has a firmly affixed head. This provides stable, consistent tuning and a crisp attack. The fixed head also prevents jingles from rattling or moving out of place during play.

A Versatile Addition to any Musician's Arsenal

The Remo Fixed-Head Tambourine is a highly versatile percussion instrument useful for guitarists, percussionists, singers and more. It can provide rhythmic accompaniment, unique percussive colors or shimmering accents. A must-have for any musician looking to expand their sonic palette.

Good, quality product. Comes with steel jingles. While you have options (when ordering) regarding size and color, it would be nice to have options on jingle materials (steel or brass for example). But still a good tambourine.

  • I love the purchase.

I have played the tambourine in church since childhood. It was great to buy this brand through your business.
