Pork Pie

Until you've sat on a Pork Pie Drum Throne, you haven't known true comfort. The Pork Pie's padded, comfortable seat is made to support large drummers. Double-braced legs keep the stool steady.

Comfortable throne

Very comfortable throne. The padding has just the right amount of firmness without being too hard or soft. In case anyone was wondering, the top is actually black not brownish as it appears in the photos. It measures roughly 14 x 5.5. The only reason I took away a star is because the seat says in big letters that its made in America, but the legs have a sticker that says made in Taiwan. I feel this was deceptive, and I would much rather have paid a few bucks more to get the entire product made in the USA. Or at least don't advertise it as made in USA if only part of it is.

Worst Puchase Ever!!

Worst purchase ever! I'm a large drummer, description said suited for "LARGE DRUMMERS!" I heard of pork pie but have never ever bought from them. Through a recommendation from a friend I bought a snare drum and thought maybe I'd just get a throne while I was in the shopping mood. Well, that was until I got it, and man, was I dissappointed! I used for the first at a rehearsal and it was horrible, had to stand up every fifteen minutes because it was so uncomfortable. Hate it and would not recommend it to anyone.

I have acquired a few thrones.. a ROC N SOC, First Chair Ergo Rider w back rest, 1st Chair, 1st chair XL and this Pork Pie and it's definitely the most comfortable followed by my old ROC N SOC so idk about this other review... Super plush and bouncy, the Tama's, not so much.

  • Great drum throne.

This Pork Pie drum throne is very comfortable and sturdy. I plan to use it with my drum set yet it easy enough to move around where I can use it while playing one of my other instruments.

I use my Pork Pie with my drum kit, keyboards and guitar picking. Easily adjustable to the perfect height with unmatchable comfort. Excellent padding for long use and still easy to pack up for traveling. This is my throne of choice.

Just got this. A little frustrating to buy. Listed as "in stock" at two stores in my area but they couldn't find it so had to order for shipping to home. A bit confused as the seat says "American made" and the stand is Taiwanese. Comfy seat though
