Paiste is one of the best cymbal companies I've heard of. They beat Sabian and Zildjian by a long shot. This crash/ride will give you quality for a good price, has a good ring to it. Definitely worth it even if it is cheap.

I got this with my set along with the hi-hats (I think this came as a pack but whatever) and I use it as a ride and crash but it's not the best for the crash. Gives off great sound for a ride so it's a must get ride! I'm not that well of a drummer but for the price and comparing it to other rides, it gives off a lasting effect that I like even at a soft hit. If this is used as a crash also, hit the last 1 1/2 inches of it harder than you would for a ride. The ride sound comes good with light hits and gives good volume. The only downside to this cymbal is it has a slight ring after the sound starts to fade.

I honestly think this cymbal has a quality almost up to those of Sabian or even Zildjain

This cymbal is an exelent cymbal for the price you pay it can be used for anything from rock to blues. I will do the job for all the cymbals but it can never replace having seperate ride and crash cymbals. Overall this is a very good starting drummer with low funds cymbal
