    Submitted as part of a sweepstakes

    Guitar had an intermittent electrical problem. Specifically, a cold soler joint on a pair of grounds which created an on again/off again ambient noise. PRS service department did not get back with me about bringing it in. Guitar Center was not equipped to sort out the issue.
