Pacific Drums and Percussion Limited Warranties
LXE/LX/MX/MXR/CX/SX Drums:
Drum shells and drum hardware are covered for three (3) years. Drum finishes are covered for one (1) year.
FXR/FX/FS/805/EZ Drums:
All FXR, FX, FS, 805 and EZ Series drums and their components are covered for one (1) year.
Pacific Hardware and Pedals:
All PDP Hardware and Pedals are covered for one (1) year.
This warranty protects the original retail purchaser, only. If a covered product or component fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, Pacific will repair or replace the product at no charge. To obtain Warranty service, return the product to your authorized Pacific Drums Dealer along with your original proof of purchase. In the case that the dealer is unable to correct a warranty defect, the dealer will then contact Pacific for further instructions and to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. No shipments will be accepted without an RA number. Any and all shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
This Warranty does not apply to 1) drums purchased from a source other than an authorized Pacific Drums dealer, 2) any owner other than the original purchaser, 3) defects caused by neglect, moisture, extreme temperatures, handling, shipping or use under normal playing conditions, 4) alterations made after the product leaves the factory and 5) drumheads. Pacific Drums and Percussion shall not be liable for incidental, consequential or other damages that may arise as a result of or related to any defect or failure of this product. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Pacific Drums and Percussion's maximum liability pursuant to this warranty is limited to the monetary value of the product that is the subject of the warranty claim.

The high hat and snare stands far exceeded my expectations! The kick pedal is quite good, as well. The straight cymbal stand isn't that special, but it works fine and doesn't wobble as I thrash my 16" ZBT. PDP offers great value for the money - just enough quality for the price to make the buyer pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend.

This is a great solid product. It's not a hardcore DW hardware set but it does what it does fir the price exceptionally. If this is your price range go ahead and buy. You shan't be dissappointed. The only complaint I have is the top hihat cymbal screw gets a little loose with prolonged playing, but it's an easy fix.

Not much words needed to say other than this is a great offer. I bought this pack last December and everything is still in great shape, only thing is you should replace the spring on the bass pedal, it did not last me very long but other than that this is a great deal and you wont regret it.

Perfect kit for the price. Beware that there is no flexibility to turn the kick to the high hat stand. This makes it slightly difficult to cram a set into a smaller space.
