    The Roland JUNO-D6 does not have full split keyboard capability in the traditional workstation sense, but it does allow a basic split mode. Here’s what it can do: It supports a basic keyboard split. Split Mode Functionality: You can assign one sound to the lower part of the keyboard and another to the upper (e.g., bass on the left, piano or strings on the right). This is part of the “Performance Mode”, which allows layered or split setups using multiple tones.

    I'm not aware of an upgrade beyond the ZEN-Core sound engine. We have more coming in February if you would like to wait.
