Inputs 1 through 8 supply the XLR mic inputs (two of which have a 1/4" combo jack) of the M-18 mixer, and the 10 TS jacks from Input 9 to 18 provide the line inputs. Two of the line inputs, 9 and 10, are switchable to Hi-Z (High impedance input - 1 mohm), and allow direct connection of passive or low-level instruments (such as electric guitar or bass) without needing an adapter.

The remote-controllable mic gain from the included App lets you control preamp and line-input gain remotely. All settings are stored in snapshot memories and can be recalled. Six +22dB balanced AUX outputs connect monitors or effect processors. The +22dB balanced MAIN MIX outputs are supported by a pair of male XLRs.

A stereo headphone out is included as well. The headphone output offers MAIN MIX or PFL listening. MIDI In and Out ports are also present on the rear panel, allowing connection of various MIDI controllers. A footswitch port lets you recall effects presets or to mute effects returns using a damper pedal or other footswitch. A USB type-A port allows connection of USB devices, such as pen drives or hard disks, to create a complete stereo system for playback and audio recording. Thus, the mixer supports virtually all audio file formats, both high-quality and compressed. The intuitive MixRemote App lets the user control all of the mixer's functions.
