This gig bag is purpose-built to keep your electric guitar safe during transport and storage. Its durable yet lightweight polyester outer shell is reinforced with double stitching and padded with 25mm of shock-absorbing foam to guard against impacts. Inside, a soft microfiber lining gently cradles your guitar. Two adjustable neck rests provide customized support to prevent strain.

Padded Protection and Adjustable Secure Storage for Valuable Gear

The FE1225 gig bag's robust padding and reinforced construction give you peace of mind that your guitar is shielded from harm. Thick foam padding absorbs shocks while an adjustable neck rest keeps your guitar stable. Interior straps secure the guitar in place during transit. Multiple exterior bumpers add an extra layer of protection.

Durable Yet Lightweight Polyester Shell with Reinforced Stitching

This gig bag features a durable polyester shell and double stitching built to withstand the rigors of frequent travel and use. At the same time, its lightweight, flexible design makes it easy to transport your guitar to gigs, rehearsals and recording sessions. The polyester material is also water-resistant to protect against light moisture and spills.

Padded Handle and Backpack Straps for Comfortable Carrying Options

Both options allow you to keep your hands free when needed. The straps are also removable in case you prefer to use the handle alone.

Spacious Front Pocket and Interior Compartments for Accessories and Tools

This gig bag provides plentiful storage for everything you need. A large front pocket is perfect for sheet music, cables and small tools. Inside, multiple smaller pockets organize picks, pens, strings, straps and other necessities. A removable pouch gives you a dedicated space for tools like a tuner, capo or slide. With this gig bag, you'll have quick access to all your guitar essentials.

Fender FE1225 & Player Series Tele - Great Fit!

I just play for the fun of it and for some stress relief at hoe after work. I take lessons and jam with a friend every so often. My wife gave me a new Player Series Telecaster for Christmas, so I ran out and got this case since it popped up when I searched "Telecaster Case". So far, first impressions, this seems to be a great case. There are lots of pockets for most of the items you would need to carry in a case: tuner, capo, strings, strap and music. The zippers and outside material are sturdy and the Fender logo stitched into the case in red looks great. It is pretty rigid and if I leaned it against the wall for a moment and it tool a spill, I wouldn't be too concerned. I really like the adjustable neck cradles and they seem so keep the guitar from moving around along with the strap button cutout in the bottom of the case that the guitar kind of sticks into It feels like it will protect the guitar very well. That said, what I don't like is that the case is larger than it needs to be for the guitar. There are a few inches on either side of the body (Player Series Tele) so it seems it could move if it came dislodged from the strap button cut out at the bottom. I think for to and from a jam or lessons this case is great, but if you want something that really fits snugly to the body of your guitar, this case doesn't do that.

Disappoint

Ok yes the build quality is decent and it's good looking. Don't just accept other reviews at face value that this is some kind of panacea of quality. It's fine. Probably wouldn't hold up to heavy regular use but for medium to light use it should be fine. The carrying handle on particular looks like it would wear out quickly. I don't gig a lot anymore so the price/quality seemed good. My biggest complaint and the reason I'm returning it is the sizing is kind of absurd. It's way too big. I bought mainly to use with a Strat and there are big gaps all the way around. Cases of any type only work well when the fit is snug. If there is slop, bad things happen. I've traveled with many types of instruments over the last 20 years and the ones that have never been damaged were the ones that were well fitted in their cases. Picture attached with Strat.

So the best protection is always going to be a hardshell case, but this gig bag is definitely a close second. I wouldn't stack anything on top of it, like a case, and I probably wouldn't toss it around, but it seems highly unlikely your guitar would take any damage if you dropped, tossed or tumbled it around, in it. It's seems pretty solidly built and fairly light weight. My last fender gig bag was paper thin compared to this one but did the trick. This one has plenty of accessory spaces and shoulder straps that tuck in nicely, with a nifty handle in the rear of the neck to pick up quickly. Rubber feet to rest in an upright position or on it's side. Adjustable neck braces for the guitar and an added fur padding for the strap button. I've seen some people complain that's it's too loose for a Stratocaster, and it is, however, I never removed my strap, so it gives me room to tuck it along the side and that adds the extra width to make the guitar fit, as a whole, more snug in the case. Time will tell how long it'll last, hopefully many years. But I perform about twice a week so it's already getting a lot of milage.

I use it for my Stratocaster. It's light, easy to carry, protects my guitar and has plenty of space for accessories.

I love this gig bag! The padding is so thick it almost has the protection for your instrument that a case would have. Straps and handle are most comfortable of any gig bag I've ever owned. Definitely for my highest end instruments. Only - is front pocket could be bigger for books.

I own a Stratocaster and it technically fits. The problem I ran into was the proportions of the bag. It's not a perfect fit for the guitar. There's about a 2 inch gap inside the so it's loose inside, and it's too slim in width. I returned this gig bag and searching for another one.
