This mic is great for recording acoustic guitar. I have several other small diaphragm condensers in the same price range (MXL 604, Se1, Se3) and the CAD e60 stands up to all of them. It is also built like a tank and feels like it will last longer than the others. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
