better than the adjustable one

By PHDJ

from Asheville, NC

Comments about On-Stage Subwoofer System Shaft Pole:

If you're trying to decide whether to buy this one or the adjustable one, get this one. The adjustable ones rattle loudly when the bass cabinets are really pounding. And you generally use the same height all the time anyway.

Comments about On-Stage Subwoofer System Shaft Pole:

WOW worst pole ... They seriously need to put a weight limit on this or something I put this in my sub and my behringer b215d on top it looks good so I let it sit there for 15 mins while i walk around my house etc and then i hear BOOM i run back into the room and the pole has bent and my speaker fell off! Worst pole don't buy this

Light weight, no moving parts

Comments about On-Stage Subwoofer System Shaft Pole:

The adjustable ones rattle when the bass starts thumping hard. These don't, and they weigh less.

It's The Shaft

By Bob

from Elburn, IL

Comments about On-Stage Subwoofer System Shaft Pole:

Well, it is just a shaft, but it looks good, matches my other stands, and is strong and sturdy. I cut off 6 inches from each end to satisfy my particular application. Used a screwdriver handle inside the shaft as a battering ram to remove the plug wihout damage, then carefully reinserted the plug in the new cut ends.

Comments about On-Stage Subwoofer System Shaft Pole:

I've bought many Onstage products over the years they are mostly a good value for the money. I found these poles to be a little on light side. They seem adequate to hold my Yamaha S15V tops that weigh about 50lbs. I probably wouldn't recommend much more weight than that. If I had heavier tops I probably would spend more money and get something more heavy duty.
