Read the Instructions.
Well, maybe I'll learn how to play the Piano. As well as the 'Piano Man' (me), and the 'Honky Kat' (me), when I was playing a Guitar. I asked people if they could play those songs on a Piano and a Billy Joel (a new name, fresh from my newly released Album) said he could and a Elton John (new name, fresh from my next? newly released Album) said he could, also. So what about me. I hope so, too. The keyboard stand, when you finally look at it carefully, has legs that are equal length, or if you rather, equal spacing from the wall. Just look at it carefully, you'll get there. It's look like it will work fine.

Wobbly and unstable. Do not buy!
I used this stand for a Yamaha P-45 keyboard. The stand wasn't too hard to put together once I figured out the offsetting part, but the instructions were horrible at explaining it. The stand was an immediate disappointment once I put my keyboard on it. The bars up top were too wide, so the rubber grips didn't make contact and the hard plastic under my keyboard was sitting on bare metal. When I actually sat down to play, the stand wobbled even when I played softly. I had tightened all the screws correctly and the stand was level. The whole thing is just horribly flimsy and I'll be returning it. Ended up getting a heavy-duty Z stand from Pyle instead. Five stars for that one!

We use the stand just at home, but it was very easy to set up, so I'm sure it would be perfect for travel/events as well. The frame is a little on the thin side, but still very sturdy, and has a lot of position options.
I would buy this again.

Someone said it would be flimsy. Was plenty sturdy, for my mom's $150ish Yamaha.

I needed a keyboard stand for a USB MIDI keyboard. After reviewing the listings, I selected the Muscian's Gear keyboard stand. Great choice. Very well made. I will buy it again.

I rarely write reviews (oddly enough I recently reviewed an inexpensive digt. piano from one of GC other co. MF and if possible I would have giving it 10 stars}, Before even opening the box I could smell rubber/oil, the unit has rubber sleeves on the upper and lower bars,Once I put it together the lower portion that rest on floor was uneven (wobbeled), trying to adjust it and tighten screws - screw head strip right out, the smell was getting a little to strong, so placed in garage.Next day when smell was still very strong, took it over and throw it in a Dumpster. I was going to send it back , but did not want to deal with that smell and GC is about a 50 min. drive from me.The one I recieved could have been the oddball out.But this stand was not worth the Hassle for ME.
