Musician's Gear

collapse expand iconDescription

This Musician's Gear Deluxe electric case was built to be road-tough, so you can protect your favorite axe when you're on the go. Constructed of 5-ply cross-laminate wood, it has a plush interior lining to keep your baby's finish safe and sound. It also has heavy-duty hardware to protect the case from accidental dings while three locking fasteners keep your guitar from any accidental opening for when you're en route to your gig or practice.

This Deluxe case also has an interior accessory compartment that supports the guitar's neck while having enough space to hold your cables, a pedal or two, picks, strings and more. The Musician's Gear Deluxe electric guitar case fits most Stratocaster, Telecaster and similarly shaped guitars.

Doesnt stink literally!

This is a great case! My friend has one and he said that it did stink at first but someone told him to air it out for awhile and then it was perfectly fine! I recommend this case its very durable and do NOT put your guitar in it right away otherwise your guitar WILL stink! You need to air it out first, remember that!

Does Job But Has A Slight Design Flaw

The shell is a decent build and the interior is plush so it will protect your gear like it should. The problem that I have with the case is that the "bar" that cradles the neck is made of foam and can crush easily. Once it is crushed once (from the neck not sitting perfectly in the neck divot when the case is closed), the foam does not spring back so that the neck divot gets wider and wider until the neck of the guitar can slide around in the case. Is the guitar still protected when this happens? For the most part, yes. But it is annoying to open the case to find the guitar cocked at an angle instead of cradled like it should be.

Somebody previously said when the neck brace foam gets push down, it never pops back. The neck does slide around as evidenced on opening as this exact thing happened to me.

Good case, but definitely not same quality as a factory case or top end brand case. Will work on a budget and protect your guitar a lot better than a gig bag. I would buy again for the overall quality versus price.

Bought this case for my new Larry Carlton T3 when the case was the deal of the day. Happy with it so far.

Just like the title says... this is a nice quality hard case for the price. Fits a Jazzmaster, in case anyone is wondering. Super worth it if you happen to snag it on sale. Highly recommend!

  • It's a good deal at the sales price.

I use it for my fender strat. It's ok for a generic case. Pro's: Nicely padded. Con's: Fits a little loose. I would buy again.
