We bought this for our son for Christmas. Not only were we pleased with the look of it, we also live the sound quality. Our son has barely put it down since he got it. He has already named it and is currently learning how finger picks work. It was delivered when promised and the overall experience has made us want to continue purchasing from Guitar Center.

The nearest guitar center wasn't able to install the bridge correctly so I have to go once again in the store.
The cords were all breaking so they had to change them all.
