Excellent byild quality, beautiful tone from an all solid Sapele guitar. This guitar and all Road series are solid wood builds except the Koa and Zirocote models. The below listed gear advisors need to do thier homework. The roadseries,10 series are all solid wood.

I tried out the guitar at the store and was satisfied with it for the price I paid. The store decided to order a new one for me and it came as promised. After unwrapping it and played for 5 mins I found the action to be too high so I made several adjustments to the truss rod over the course of a few days. It finally settled into a more playable condition. I'm hoping it'd be more playable without having to send it the store for a setup.

  • Absolutely love this guitar!

I just purchased this Martin Road Series StreetMaster guitar and couldn't be happier. It plays incredibly well and sounds amazing due to the sapele top, back, and sides.

The top, back and sides are a laminated wood. It's not HPL.
