    I got this a while back when I was looking for effects to add to my kit. I'm really glad I got this one. Some of the other tambourines that can be mounted to the hi-hat are really flimsy, not this one! It makes a great sound when I open and close my hats. It's also sturdy enough to directly hit it with a pair of 2Bs. It also has a handle, so I've been able to detach it from my set and play with my hands on occasion.
