This MEINL Classics Custom Brilliant Effects Pack contains three distinct cymbals from the Classic Custom series: the duo of a 16” Trash Crash and 16” Trash China, plus a free matching 8” Bell, creating a versatile combination that can be stacked, used for trashy accents and even leaned into for riding. These cymbals all open up in their own ways when projection is key, making them ideal for high-energy genres like rock and metal.

A duo of trashy effects cymbals

The 16” crash and 16” china cymbals included in this pack are stamped with evenly spaced holes, creating a dried-out sound without sacrificing the volume needed for heavy music styles. Like all members of the Custom Classics series, these brilliant cymbals are made from B10 bronze alloy, fully lathed and precisely hammered all over, creating an explosive effect that is still sensitive to dynamics.

An extra treat, free of charge

The included 8” bell creates a sharp attack followed by a sustained tone that remains stable as it fades back into the music. Invert this bell on top of a ride cymbal, and it also becomes a trusty source of heavy bell-riding effects that cut through any riff.
