These relays are great, the only bad reviews I saw were from folks that don't seem to understand the item, one said it would only work with a Line 6 amp and if they sold a stand alone set up he would buy one, well they do, this is just the transmitter, but you can buy the whole set up with a charging station.

Another user said he couldn't use one while the other was charging, sure you can, if you buy a charging station for it, and not use your amp to charge one while you are using the other.

Anyway so simple, versatile, relatively inexpensive for what you get, in the old days a good wireless guitar transmitter would have a pocket transmitter with an antenna and then a bulky base with its own power source and antenna, this Relay G10 transmitter is SO much better than the old days.

I am using this with my Line 6 Spider V 240hc and it is awesome.

8 hours play time on a full charge, sounds great, the only concern I have since I am buying the transmitter and not the base is that, for it to charge I need to have it plugged into the head, but I dont leave the head on if I am not using it, so it seems like although the base and charging is built in, I will most likely need a stand alone base to actually charge the unit, unless I start with a full charge then after each sound check,/set up leave it plugged in to charge.
I keep my gear at a studio and I dont leave it on, so Ill probably bring a base home and charge it there.

But for now I am buying the transmitter alone, and see if I can use it like that.
Either way great product at a great price.

Was really excited to have a wireless rig without shelling out a ton of cash. I as also excited that it syncs with the Spider v 240 without an external receiver. Got it home and hooked it up to my Schecter and nothing. Hooked it up to my Ibanez and sounded great. Hooked it up to my Ibanez bass and nothing. When this thing works it gives a reliable signal. Had no drop outs or noise. However, it may be a gamble as to whether it will work on your gear. I recommend buying something a little more reliable. I plan on selling or returning mine and getting something better.

Comments about Line 6 Relay G10T Wireless Guitar Transmitter:

I bought the G10 Relay system and have been enjoying using it for recording in my house and for jamming. You can wander around your house noodling on your guitar and it does a great job sending your signal to your amp or DA/AD box, etc. However, having just one transmitter has occasionally resulted in a dead battery while still in the middle of a recording session. So I am buying a backup that I can charge and then swap out on the fly, hopefully. Will update my review if this somehow doesn't work for that. Note I don't use any Line 6 amps, I strictly use the G10 Relay station for my 2 transmitters.

Using with a Line 6 Spider V 120 amp/speaker combo. Can walk over my house and still transmit strong & clean. I'm going to purchase another one with a charger even though I've never had it decharge while using. Great product for use with acoustic and electric guitars.

I Love the G10 transmitter. Sounds Great. Not heard any feedback or time lag. It plays for a long time between charges and charges fast. I dont play in a band anymore but wish I'd had this when I did. I now want to buy the transmitter /receiver system so I can use it with other equipment besides my V60 and have one charged all the time. I highly recommend this product .

Guitar Center does a great job getting your gear to you right after you order it. Its all good. I which They would do a thing for microphones like this.

Comments about Line 6 Relay G10T Wireless Guitar Transmitter:

A buddy of mine showed me how well this worked with his Spider V. I was impressed and looked into buying one for myself... then I discovered the one attached string: it ONLY works with the Spider V. I've had bad experiences with Line 6 amps in the past (horrible tone, not enough power for the stage, a Spider IV that caught fire & nearly burned down my house, you get the idea). And that's a shame because I seriously wanted to try the Relay G10T for myself, but it's not meant to be. If Line 6 made a version with it's own dedicated receiver, that'd be what I'm looking for. Bottom Line: if you got a Spider V and are looking for a simple wireless solution, by all means go for the G10T. Unfortunately, it's just not my cup of tea.
