One of Taylor’s most popular shapes, the Grand Symphony, is scaled down into the full-voiced and compact GS Mini. The Baby Series offers Taylor’s smallest guitars, perfect for kids and travelers. For a slightly larger option, there’s the Big Baby.

The 100 Series guitars offer solid Sitka spruce tops and handsome layered walnut for the back and sides. The slim-profile necks feature a slightly narrower 1-11/16” nut width for extra playing comfort, a thin matte finish for the guitar to resonate freely, and onboard ES2 pickups for natural-sounding amplified tone. A sturdy, padded Taylor gig bag is included with every model.

Diverse and affordable, the 200 Series offers steel-string and nylon-string guitars, most with solid Sitka spruce tops, and a few with solid koa. Back and side options include layered rosewood, koa and sapele. In addition to natural, color choices include a sunburst spruce top with rosewood back and sides and an all-black Grand Auditorium. All 200 Series guitars include a Taylor hardshell case.

The 300 Series is where the Taylor line goes to all-solid wood, with two vibrant wood pairings offered. Spruce tops come with sapele back and sides, and mahogany tops with blackwood back and sides. All models feature satin-finish back and sides. Spruce tops sport a rich gloss finish, while the dark-hued mahogany tops display a vintage look with a shaded edgeburst satin finish. The 300 Series includes a Taylor hardshell case as well.

Taylor’s popular 400 Series features a solid Sitka spruce top paired with a choice of solid ovangkol or rosewood back and sides. Sonically, ovangkol and rosewood are kindred spirits, sharing a broad frequency range, from deep lows to clear highs. With the onboard ES2 pickup, the series gives players a pro-level guitar that makes a top-notch gigging partner.

Taylor broadens into a more flavorful sonic territory with the 500 series. Boasting rich midrange and warm, articulate tones, tropical mahogany has established itself among the tonewood elite. Many consider these striking all-gloss guitars the ultimate fingerpickers—especially the cedar-topped 514ce and 512ce—while bolder strummers and flatpickers may lean toward the bigger-bodied 510ce and 516ce.

The Koa Series is designed to enhance koa’s natural tonal nuances, yielding the richest, most dynamic sound possible for each body shape. The GS delivers bold projection, while the slot-head Grand Concert yields responsiveness and resonance. Models are offered with either a Sitka spruce or koa top with a contrasting wood rosette. Other appointments include the beautiful Island Vine fingerboard/headstock inlay and rosewood binding.

The pinnacle of Taylor craftsmanship, the Presentation Series reserves the finest sets of Macassar ebony, pairs them with premium Sitka spruce tops and incorporate a contoured armrest in ebony with matching binding. Appointments include paua purfling bands and a Macassar ebony backstrap. The PS can be ordered in all five body shapes with a choice of cutaway designs.
