This guy is build like a tank

This thing is LOUD. I originally saw this thing years ago and dismissed it as a little gimmic drum because I remember it being preetty weak (I think the tuning was off or something that had not impressed me at the time) but recently had began waning to give it a second chance, so I went off and got one. I purchased the 8 inch and this thing is awesome. I have it pretty high, and it pops with every stroke. Ghost strokes are defined and rolls are TIGHT. It has a marching snare sound and feel the hardware is study and is built like a tank. I want to use this as the main snare to record some tracks with my dj friend, but I can also see this added permantly on my main kit as a side snare, and accent tom with the snares off. I will be adding the 6 inch very soon.
8" LP Micro Snare Drum Review

This 8" micro snare drum is much better sounding than their 6" micro snare drum. Nice to have both versions, if you got the cash. The only design flaw is the snare is either on or off, no adjusting the snare wire tensity. It looks well built and sounds pretty loud. You can add it to your hi hat stand as a side snare or cymbal stand as a rack tom addition.

I play this at shows as an addition to my sound, Sometimes for solos and certain songs. It adds that nice latin sound to my alternative rock band. Go ahead and check it out!!!!
