Disappointing

Comments about LP Cajon Hats:

Sounded like dropping pots and pans down the stairs. I was hoping for a clearer / cleaner and more useful sound. Maybe a softer beater head???? The video I listened to sure sounded convincing.
I already returned them.
It's a great idea if a better sound can be achieved, but it's nothing even close to actual free standing cymbals. It's just noise.
Maybe it's the choice of metal for the cymbals????

Comments about LP Cajon Hats:

So far, I like the symbols, but if I leave the symbols attached to the cajon and come back the next morning, not only are the hats lying on the floor, the velcro circles and the adhesive circle that sticks to the cajon have fallen off with it. So the velcro circles are stronger than the adhesiive circle that sticks to the drum. I have to take the hats off the cajon, leaving the bottom velcro circle stuck to the side of the cajon and then restick the hats to the drum every time I want to play it. A nuisance. Also, while I like the high hats mounted on the cajon, their sound leaves something to be desired.

    Comments about LP Cajon Hats:

...like...i change the hats over...ie...one has holes in it and i put it on top when i want a different sound variable and fade...i dont use the velcro action at all...so yea...butt anyhow this part is hugely versatile i strike it many ways to unlock its many sounds and the tension helps so vey much...gotsta love the resonance...
