The barril de bomba is a drum used in Puerto Rican folklore music called bomba and is known for its steady, hypnotic rhythm. This 14" barril from Unique Hand Drums is constructed from Siam oak with a natural rawhide head and features decorative metal bands, reminiscent of traditional drums from the island. With a bag included for easy transportation to and from gigs or performances, this is an excellent percussion instrument for any fan of Afro-Caribbean and Latin music.
