These are a direct drop in replacement for an Epiphone Studio Pro Custom Shop. No drilling required. They are a lower profile and stamped Kluson. They hold their tuning well. They do look a little classier. I do like the antique white color better than the greenish color pegs that come with the Epiphone.
Perfect replacement for my Epi Les Paul

Had to replace the machines on my Epi Les Paul. (Fell off a stand at a gig and hit the asphault. Bent one tuner.) These look better than the greenish-colored tuners that came stock, and they were super easy to install! So far they've held their position well, and the guitar sounds great as always!

I live in the boonies and have tried for two years to get tuning keys for my good ole martin 00-17.Ordered some didn't fit took them back etc.. Was searching the web and found guitar store and the keys. Hoping they would fit. When they came I was so happy the screws, keys everything just fit.

I'd love to replace the tuners on my MIC Epiphone Casino...Are these tuner an easy "plug and play" solution? or is additional drilling/fitting necessary?
These tuners would be a good choice but there may be additional modifications necessary.submitted7 years ago
