Comments about Jackson JS32 Warrior Electric Guitar:

I have owned Epiphones, Gibsons, Jacksons, BC Rich, Ibanez. I currently use an Ibanez JS100 with Duncan JB/59, BC Rich NJ bich stock, Schectre C1 81/sustainiac, through Peavey 6505 micro and Orange 412 V30s cab. I play metal, djent, jazz, rock. I bought this affordable warrior as an upgrade project. It came with 9 gauge strings and seems intonized. The low E was dropped but was quickly tuned and played. The neck is very comfortable, more so than my Schecter. It is light and does not lean forward like a BC rich or Rhoades/King V/Kelly. It seems smaller than I imagined. The pups sound unusually good through my set up. I wish they were all black. I intended to switch them out with seymours but I like them. IMO this is a great beginner, intermediate guitar. It's affordable and has decent hardware. My plan is to give it a real Floyd, sustain block, 10 gauge strings and possibly pups. I've seen vids of experienced players shredding on this thing so there is no reason to look down on it unless you are a snob. Not caring for the body style is a different story. It reminded me of a BC rich stealth I had, but better. The volume knob is at a decent distance and suprisigly I'm not adjusting accidentally while playing. I love my Ibanez and its thin neck but this low end warrior just might be my favorite guitar. It is fun to play now but I can't wait to add my specs to it.

Comments about Jackson JS32 Warrior Electric Guitar:

I love this guitar. The Floyd works perfectly and it goes right back to E after hours of playing. I can't stress enough how well this guitar snaps back to tune no matter how much I pull and dump the strings.

Comments about Jackson JS32 Warrior Electric Guitar:

I use this guitar basically just for practicing and I don't think I would use it for more than that. I currently own a Schecter Gryphon and this guitar. I've played with many different guitars before. This seems like a pretty good guitar for the price, but definitely not really good quality. In my opinion, the finish does not have a good feeling. It does not have a really good tone. I have played this anywhere from clean to highly distorted, with and without pedals. It's very hard to get a good tone on this guitar. It does not have a good sustain, and any notes die off pretty quickly when you use the tremolo bar. You can barely pull up on the tremolo bar before it gets stopped. Nice to have fine tuners and locking nut on the guitar, but can still come slightly out of tune easily. Overall a decent guitar for the price, but not even close to a guitar recommended for high quality playing. Also feels to me like it has a wide neck.

Good value for the money, some craftsmanship problems

Comments about Jackson JS32 Warrior Electric Guitar:

Great sound for the price, the pickups are good for both clean and overdriven playing. It feel very smooth on the fingers and it is very comfortable to play (it's also quite lightweight). However, the higher frets weren't leveled properly and there was buzzing from the 12th and up. Raising the action a bit solved most of it it except for the High E, the 17th fret goes dead sometimes, others it sounds properly and others it gives the same note as the 18th.
