Comments about Ibanez - The Untold Story:

Great book with plenty of information and pictures about history of Ibanez guitars and other information you wont find anywhere else, including Fujigen factory and "lawsuit guitars".
The communications between store and warehouse are terrible. I went to local store and described the situation in detail after the first book arrived damaged. The store employee was assured by a warehouse employee that the book will be resent as requested, and arrive in perfect condition, but it arrived damaged. Product was listed as new but arrived damaged and blemished three times in a row. Issue was simple and should have been resolved with one phone call or email between store employee and warehouse employee. Book weight is 3.3lb and I specified that I collect books, and would like it in perfect condition. I even described how it should be packed and offered to pay for shipping and handling. Book should have been secured inside a well fitted box, instead first two times it was shipped in an envelope and the third time put in a loose fitting, oversized box without proper padding.
