Outstanding guitar that is very easy to play

Comments about Ibanez AEG10II Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

I'm a player of 20 years whom 2 years ago came down with MS. This unfortunately has led to weakness and loss of control of my left hand (fret board hand). I was about to call it quits as the acoustics I owned had high action and became impossible to play. Then I found the AEG 10 II and it's super low action. Almost felt like I was playing an electric. So soft and playable I could not believe it. I strung with Martin Silk and Steel and made it even softer if that was possible. I've had it for a year now and not a day has gone by that I have not played this guitar either acoustic or thru my PA which sounds perfect. Not to sound cheesy or dramatic, but this guitar saved my playing career. It re-energized me and I've since ran down to my local GC and added a couple electrics to my collectoin and Amps. And now have a music studio man cave in my house any player would be proud to let the hours fly by in. I am being dead serious, this guitar was the catalyst that gave me hope when I was frustrated and ready to call it quits. It has become more than just a hobby now, it is my physical therapy preserving the usage and dexterity of my left hand and fingers. On a happier note, the finish is brilliant, and when polished, shines as bright as any guitar I've ever owned. The onboard tuner is killer and right on the money. I absolutely recommend the AEG 10 II to players of all skill level for hobbist playing or live performing. I love it.

Comments about Ibanez AEG10II Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

This is an astounding guitar! It has great action, sounds really awesome and even better when plugged in. It has a thin body plus the onboard tuner is a charm! Would definitely recommend this to anyone who's a beginner, a player that is a hobbyist or an on the go stage player because it is practically stage ready! Great Buy people :D Cheers!

Pure Excellence

Comments about Ibanez AEG10II Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

This is my first guitar, and I have been playing it for about 8 months. I still have not changed the strings, and there is really no buzzing/ the strings are not rusty at all. I am changing them very soon though. This guitar can get classical to soft/classic rock without even being plugged in! It sounds beautiful with or without a capo, AND sounds neat plugged in! The size is perfect for anyone because it is very comfortable. I highly recommend this guitar to any level player!

Great Guitar!

By Paul Oakes

Comments about Ibanez AEG10II Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

When I was just getting started in music 2 years ago, I had the opportunity to play with one of these. Shortly thereafter, I bought one. To this day, it's still my go-to guitar. Ibanez has produced a winner!

Excellent Sound

By Joseph

from Fort Myers, Florida

Comments about Ibanez AEG10II Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

After returning my first one, which had harsh fret buzz on a couple of notes, I received just what I was looking for. This one actually sounded better than the other guitars in this price range. I have not tried it electrically, and as such this ends my review. I did not notice anything much better about the $700 Taylor acoustic/electric.

The sound that came out when I plugged into my Fender amp was far more impressive than I thought I'd here. A great match- up the two.

Comments about Ibanez AEG10II Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

Bought this as my first own acoustic. Outside of experimenting, I'm relatively new to acoustics after playing electrics. But from what I share I'd say this is a pretty solid acoustic guitar. Sounds very nice and easy to play. Feels comfortable. Good action (for my personal tastes). If you are looking to buy an acoustic but don't want to dish out big bucks, I'd say this is a solid guitar worth giving a try.
