    Does this unit only work with djay? or does it work with Serato? Also, can you connect to a laptop or only phone & Tablet?

    The Hercules DJControl Mix Ultra Portable DJ Controller is primarily designed to work with the djay app by Algoriddim, available on both iOS and Android platforms. While it is a MIDI-compliant device, it does not come with native support or official mappings for Serato DJ software. Therefore, using it with Serato would require manual MIDI mapping, Regarding connectivity, the DJControl Mix Ultra is optimized for use with smartphones and tablets via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). It can also be connected to a computer using a USB cable; however, this connection is primarily intended for firmware updates and diagnostics, not for regular DJ performance. The controller lacks an integrated audio interface, so audio output is handled through the connected device (smartphone or tablet), and a splitter cable is typically used to separate the master output and headphone cueing.
