For finger strength and flexibility

I have just started using the exercises in this book and have aleady noticed the strength and flexibility ooming back to my fingers. It focuses most on the pinky and ring finger especially of the left hand since they tend to be weakest. I'm glad I purchased it. I believe it will help both my piano playing and guitar playing.
