Gibraltar SC-GBDIMM Internal Bass Drum Microphone Mount

Fairly straightforward piece of hardware. I was able to install it into my Gretsch 18" Catalina Elite bass drum without issue. However, with all the vibrations a drum gets, I made sure to add some threadlock and teflon tape on the bolts and I placed a small piece of rubber underneath the plate that impacts the drum shell. I should mention that I had to get some M04-.07mm x 16mm screws to replace the ones they included. The screws they included were not long enough to reach the lug I was attaching it to. I also opted to fit an extra washer between the silver and black parts. I have only had it installed about a month so I can't comment on whether or not it will hold up to long term touring and abuse.
