    Disappointed that QSC only sell covers for KW122 series speakers and not full speaker bags. A good friend of mine mentioned "Gator" makes a complete bag that will fit the QSC KW122. I took his word and I am glad I did, the bag fits great and quality is good. Also; the handle is sturdy and the wheels are smooth. Great buy...

    My biggest complaint is with Guitar Center. I placed the order online and received an email message that the item was ready to be picked up at the store. When I arrived at the store, no one could find it. It had to be reordered. I received an email stating the item had been shipped. I waited...and waited....and waited for an email confirmation telling me it was ready for pick-up. I finally called the store, was put on hold and waited...and waited...and waited. Finally, I was told it was in the store. Indeed it was.
