Comments about G&L Tribute Legacy Electric Guitar:

First off this a beautiful guitar! I played alot of guitars before buying this one....including alot of different strats and tele's, and over and over compared the g and l s 500 to strat mim and the tone of the g and l just grabbed me....got this legacy and the tone is just as good as the s 500 and rythym tones are great and playability is great as well! Very pleased!

Comments about G&L Tribute Legacy Electric Guitar:

Profile is a lot like my Fender Strat. I think that's what pulled me to buying the G&L. Have no regrets, it's a very fine instrument to play.
I love the rich dark wood grain finish it has. Sound is right on also. Sweet !

Comments about G&L Tribute Legacy Electric Guitar:

This guitar really surprised me. It played perfectly right out of the box. Intonation was spot on, string height was very good, every thing worked as it should, I was very impressed. Pickups sound great, neck feels smooth and fast, tuning keys are good, tremolo system is excellent and the guitar looks better than in the pictures. It came well packaged, the delivery was fast, and the GC sales people were very helpful and courteous. Thanks Sam, you did a great job.

Comments about G&L Tribute Legacy Electric Guitar:

Great all around strat for the money. I'm still in shock at the quality for the price. And the setup from the factory was perfect.

Beautiful, well-made guitar, but takes some setup.

Comments about G&L Tribute Legacy Electric Guitar:

First, this is beautiful guitar and very well made, and I got it at a fantastic price when it popped up as a daily deal in my email. However the setup out of the box left a lot to be desired. I've struggled with finding a way to keep it tune. Took it in to my local GC and the tech told me the floating bridge on these can be very problematic. He tweaked things a bit, but I finally just had to crank all the way down and lock the bridge in place, then raise all the saddles considerable to compensate for the affect that had on string height. Still getting some buzz in the 5th and 6th strings but it is staying in tune pretty well.
