collapse expand iconDescription

Focusrite Scarlett 4i4 USB Audio Interface (Gen 3), the perfect solution for musicians and producers looking to expand their setups with a portable yet powerful recording tool. Equipped with Focusrite's upgraded third-generation mic preamps, 24-bit/192kHz converters and unique 'Air' mode, the Scarlett 4i4 guarantees pristine audio quality for capturing vocals, guitars, synthesizers and more. Its four inputs and four outputs provide flexibility for recording microphones, instruments and line-level devices simultaneously. The Scarlett 4i4 connects via USB to Mac or PC, with no external power required, making it ideal for producing on the move.

Pristine Preamps and High-Resolution AD/DA Converters

The Scarlett 4i4 features two of Focusrite's renowned third-generation mic preamps with the 'Air' effect, which emulates their original ISA preamp to provide recordings with extra clarity and openness. Its 24-bit/192kHz converters ensure professional sound quality throughout, allowing you to capture audio with pinpoint accuracy. The Scarlett 4i4's instrument inputs offer plenty of headroom to record electric guitars and basses without clipping or distortion.

Flexible Connectivity for Recording Multiple Sources

With four inputs and four outputs, the Scarlett 4i4 provides ample connectivity for recording a variety of gear. Capture up to four mono channels or two stereo line-level devices—such as synthesizers, sound modules and drum machines—via the front and rear inputs. A pair of virtual loopback channels allows you to record a stereo feed from any software playback and hardware input combination, facilitating podcasting, live streaming and sampling applications.

Intuitive Software Included

The Scarlett 4i4 comes with an intuitive 'Quick Start' tool to have you up and running fast. It also includes a host of powerful recording software, such as Pro Tools | Artist (three-month subscription), Ableton Live Lite and Softube's Time and Tone bundle. Compatible with all major DAWs on Mac and PC, the Scarlett 4i4 provides a complete solution for crafting professional recordings.

Built for the Road

Compact and lightweight, the Scarlett 4i4 is designed to withstand the rigors of travel. Its solid metal chassis protects the components within, while the unit connects to your computer via a single USB cable, with no external power supply needed. The included nylon travel case provides further protection for transporting the Scarlett 4i4 between recording sessions on the go.
