    Received this hat today and it's way too small. Customer service said it couldn't be returned...This hat is a burn, beware!!

    it bottle-necks where the embroidered section meets the foam part of the hat because it appears the embroidered part shrunk, or the material around it shrunk. took a bit of bending to get the hat straight, but still not perfect.
