Description
The Fender American Professional II Stratocaster neck draws from more than sixty years of innovation and inspiration to meet the demands of today’s working player, featuring a maple fingerboard, 22 narrow-tall frets and a 9.5” radius neck. Crafted in the same facility as Fender’s U.S.-made instruments, it also includes their classic deep C-shaped neck, along with smooth, rolled fingerboard edges and a “Super-Natural” satin finish for a comfortable, fast-playing feel.
This replacement neck is for a Fender or Squier by Fender guitar. The neck pocket has four offset pre-drilled pilot holes, so if it is being installed on a standard body, a fifth pilot hole will need to be drilled. Because Fender genuine replacement necks have not been mounted to guitar bodies, nut slots must be cut by qualified personnel. Other installation processes may be required, such as fretwork, fitting the neck to the neck pocket and other instrument setup procedures.
