The Fender Custom Shop ’58 Telecaster Journeyman Relic electric guitar is a trip back in time, combining vintage tone, meticulously chosen appointments and hand-wound pickups for a top-of-the-line playing experience. It features a 2-piece select ash body with a lacquer finish and a 1-piece quartersawn maple neck. The 1-piece maple fingerboard is topped with 21 narrow-tall frets and Micarta black dot inlays. Its sound is driven by dual Custom Shop hand-wound ’58 single-coil Tele pickups, with master volume and tone controls and a 3-way pickup switch. Additional appointments to the ’58 Telecaster Journeyman Relic include vintage-style tuners; a bone nut; 3-saddle vintage-style Tele bridge, top-load or strings-thru-body with threaded steel saddles; and chrome/nickel hardware. Comes with a deluxe hardshell case, strap and certificate of authenticity.
