    The product is decent for the money, just bright enough for a club gig. My main complaint would be that in order for a color change you see it roll through the color wheel to get to the the next programmed color. For instance you have a scene and the head is set to red, and the next scene is blue...... when you hit the scene change you see yellow, green, then blue. It's a bit annoying!

    First let me say Thanks to DALLIN POINDEXTER at GC customer service for getting my order in time for my gig! As for all EVANS heads on my vintage GRETSCH kit,they make the kit sound I was looking for and this resonant head was the final touch .

    I dont know how Evans heads work for everyone else but I have this head opposite to the Emad batter heads and no offense to Evans but this particular resonant head was a major let down. I thought i wouldn't have to muffle the hell out the bass drums anymore with this head but its the same. I highly recommend that anyone considering this head should look for something else. However, Evans tom heads are indeed as excellent as everyone says!!
